Our townhome was spared by the August 2023 Lahaina fire, but part of our Puamana community was burned including a townhome building very close to ours. Owner Clever Trevor has enjoyed several stays at the property since the fire even before and looks forward to hosting guests again. Sewer services were restored in May 2024 and water was restored in June 2024. As of June 27, 2024 there is still a checkpoint just outside of Puamana's gates at the very south end of Lahaina where you will be required to show a placard obtained from the Civic Center nearby in Lahaina and show ID and proof of your right to stay within the impact zone in Lahaina (you can show a signed contract with owner Trevor Alt). You may make a reservation for August 2024 or later.This beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse was remodeled and outfitted with top of the line furnishings, appliances, and air conditioning. With two massive outdoor living areas you have the best of both indoor and outdoor living. Our unit is #167-4, which is 200 feet from the ocean and we are conveniently located between the two beach access points so you have a short walk to be in the water and ready to surf, paddle board, or swim!
